DECISION AND ORDER

RANDA, District Judge.

This matter comes before the Court on plaintiffs’ objection to the Recommendation of Magistrate Judge William E. Callahan granting defendants’ motion to dismiss. For the following reasons, the Court overrules the objection and adopts the Magistrate’s Recommendation.
