Platt, Judge, dismissing her complaint for review of the denial by defendant Secretary of Health and Human Services (“Secretary”) of Aponte’s application for disability benefits under the Social Security Act (“Act”), 42 U.S.C. § 401 et seq. (1976 & Supp. V 1981).
