Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Richmond County (Sangiorgio, J.), rendered February 15, 1983, convicting him of robbery in the first degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.

Judgment affirmed.

Appellant and one Richard Astwood, while acting in concert, attacked, beat, threatened with a gun, and stole a large sum of money from one Frank Lenahan. As a result of their acts, both were convicted of robbery in the first degree, after a joint jury trial in Richmond County.
