Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme *945Court, Queens County (Buchter, J.), rendered January 3, 2007, convicting him of rape in the first degree, assault in the second degree, criminal possession of a weapon in the fourth degree, and unlawful possession of a loaded rifle or shotgun, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.
