The Indiana Area Education Association (Association) appeals from the order of the Court of Common Pleas of Indiana County that vacated an arbitrator’s award sustaining the Association’s grievance filed against the Indiana Area School District (School District). The grievance arose out of the School District’s denial of the rights and status under the collective bargaining agreement (CBA) to the school nurse assistant RNs (nurse assistant RNs).
