This is a declaratory judgment action brought by the plaintiff seeking a judgment to the effect that neither defendant Citizens Mutual Insurance Company of America nor defendant Auto-Owners Insurance Company provided coverage for an auto accident which caused the death of plaintiff’s husband. Plaintiff sought judgment to require her insurance company (defendant Michigan Mutual Auto Insurance Company) to submit to arbitration, pursuant to the uninsured motorist coverage provisions of that company’s policy of insurance.
