GONZALEZ, Justice.
The opinion of this Court announced on August 26, 1982 is hereby withdrawn and this opinion is substituted therefor.
This is an appeal in a suit for a permanent injunction. The Board of Directors of By the Sea Council of Co-Owners, Inc., appellants, sought to remove the carports assigned to the apartment owners at the By the Sea Condominium and promoted and obtained an amendment to the Condominium Declaration that gave them authority to remove them.
