—Judgment, Supreme Court, New York County (Clifford Scott, J.), rendered March 7, 1991, convicting defendant, after a jury trial, of robbery in the first and second degrees, and sentencing him, as a persistent violent felony offender, to concurrent terms of 25 years to life and 15 years to life, unanimously modified to the extent of reducing the sentence to concurrent terms of 15 years to life and otherwise affirmed.
