The two appeals for reappraisement covered, by this application for review, together with appeal for reappraisement No. 136443-A, in the name of the same parties, were tried together and disposed of by the trial judge in one decision and judgment (Reap. Dec. 5944). The Government filed an application for review as to reappraisement No. 136443-A, and the importer filed the application for review herein.
