The narrow issue presented to us in this appeal is whether the Circuit Court for Prince George’s County (James H. Taylor, J.) was in error in passing an order on June 4, 1971, dismissing the motion of the appellants, Victor J. Accrocco and Veta Accrocco, his wife, to set aside a decree entered on April 29, 1968, without prior notice to the present counsel for the appellants and without a hearing upon the motion, although a hearing was requested by present counsel for the appellants.
