O’NIELL, Chief Justice.

The plaintiff, Justin C. Daspit, who is an attorney at law, represented the collector of revenue in a suit in which he obtained for the State a judgment against the Sinclair Refining Company for a large sum of money for delinquent gasoline taxes, including the attorney’s fee of 10 per cent allowed by the tax statutes. See State v. Sinclair Refining Co., 195 La. 288, 196 So. 349.
