Learned counsel for appellant do not question the findings of facts made by the trial court, but challenge the conclusions of law in determining the claims of appellees superior liens to hers, and also declaring the mechanic’s lien claims to be liens on the fee of her lots. On behalf of the appellant it is claimed that the contractors and materialmen are not entitled to any liens, but, if they are, they are limited to the leasehold and building, and are inferior to her lien on these for the rent due and other expenditures made by her.
