GUTIERREZ, Chief Judge.
David William Hoots appeals from the district court’s dismissal of his petition for writ of habeas corpus. We affirm.

BACKGROUND
In 1996, Hoots was convicted on three counts of lewd conduct with a minor under sixteen years and received a unified sentence of thirty years with one year determinate for each count, all sentences to run concurrently.
