The appellant, Goodman Manufacturing Company, a corporation, complains of three several decrees of the Common Pleas Court of Kanawba county in this cause dated, September 17, 1926, July 31st and November 7, 1928, respectively.

The suit was instituted September 2, 1926, against the Blue Ridge Coal Corporation, a corporation, by some of its stockholders and unsecured creditors.
