Appeal from Circuit Court, Mason County. Bill by Adam Weigand and others against the Alliance Supply Company, a corporation, and others, for appointment of a receiver. From a decree appointing a receiver, and from orders refusing petitioners to be made parties, certain of defendants appeal.
