The parties, occupying the same relative position in this court as in the court below, will be referred to as plaintiff and defendant. The plaintiff instituted this action against the defendants to enjoin the city from issuing street improvement bonds and certifying a special assessment tax to the county treasurer of Oklahoma county for paving Robinson avenue, from Ash street to Avenue G, in Oklahoma City, and to quiet his title to the land described in his petition.
