*707 This appeal involves a number of issues surrounding the break-up of the Mitchell, Brewer, Richardson, Adams, Burge & Boughman, PLLC law firm. Upon remand of the case following our resolution of the parties' initial appeal, the trial court dissolved the law firm and appointed a referee to conduct an accounting and distribution. Ronnie *435 M. Mitchell 2 and Coy E.
