This is a bill in equity brought by the trustees under the will of James Campbell to construe certain portions of said will. From the decree of the circuit judge all of the defendants appealed. The will was admitted to probate on June 26, 1900, and on July 3, 1905, the plaintiffs, as executrix and executors, were discharged and ordered to distribute to themselves as trustees the balance of the property.
