HOLLAND, Justice:

The defendant, Wayne Jackson, appeals from the Superior Court’s final judgments of conviction on three counts of Burglary in the Second Degree 1 and three counts of Felony Theft. 2 On appeal, Jackson claims that the Superior Court abused its discretion when it denied his motion to sever the charges and committed reversible error when it denied his motion to suppress evidence.
