Carmody has appealed from a judgment of the First Judicial District Court, in which appeal he contends that the court erred in failing to enjoin defendants from further assertion of claim of ownership to certain property in Caddo Parish and in failing to order the cancellation and erasure of the inscriptions of certain instruments or documents of record in said parish.
