The plaintiff, Katherine Perry, brought this action as parent and next friend of Magan Perry, her minor daughter, 1 against the defendants, Sharon Valerio and Cindy Jackson's Children's Therapy Services, LLC (limited liability company), 2 seeking damages for injuries alleged to have been sustained when Magan fell while attempting to ambulate with a walker while wearing a leg brace.
