Plaintiff pro se brings this action against defendants Fashion Institute of Technology (“FIT”), Joan Volpe, Barbara Janoff, Barbara Lovato and Carol DeSantis alleging employment discrimination under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 as amended by 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq. (“Title VII”) and the Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967, 29 U.S.C. § 621 et seq.
