MEMORANDUM OPINION ON MOTION FOR RECONSIDERATION

Before the court are motions for reconsideration filed on behalf of Debtor and on behalf of the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors concerning the order of this court dated April 30, 1991, 126 B.R. 926 which required the Debtor to make post-petition lease payments but permitted certain reductions in the April rent based on prepaid items.
