The parties, by counsel, appeared before the Court on August 24, 1992, upon the Plaintiff’s Motion in Limine. The Plaintiff sustained severe burns from scalding water in a bathtub while bathing at his brother’s apartment. It is alleged by the Plaintiff that the proximate cause of his injuries was the Defendants’ negligently allowing a residential water heater to produce excessively hot water.
