The plaintiff brings this action to compel the ' specific performance by the defendant of a contract for the sale of certain lands and premises situated at, and adjoining, the north*662east comer of Broadway and Thirty-Second street, in the city of -New York, extending on Broadway 53 feet 9 inches, and on Thirty-Second street 122 feet 10 inches.
