This appeal, which we heard on an emergency basis, concerns the shutdown of the Rheingold Brewery in Brooklyn, N.Y. The action was begun on January 31, 1974 by petitioners (hereafter the unions) against Pepsi-Co, Inc., Rheingold Corporation, and Rheingold Breweries, Inc.
