Claimant, Ralph E. Shorb, was granted unemployment compensation benefits by a referee and the Unemployment Compensation Board of Review (Board). His employer, Hanover Concrete Company (Hanover), appeals. We affirm.
We hold the Board did not err in determining that Shorb’s conduct was not willful misconduct chargeable under Section 402(e) of the Unemployment Compensation Law (Act), Act of December 5, 1936, Second *465Ex. Sess., P.L. (1937) 2897, as amended, 43 P.S. §802(e).
