Rick E. Fortune appeals his convictions of possession of marijuana with intent to sell, failure to have a drug tax stamp affixed to marijuana, possession of amphetamine, failure to have a drug tax stamp affixed to amphetamine, and possession of psilocybin. On appeal, Fortune argues the trial court erred in denying his motion to suppress evidence seized from his residence during the execution of a search warrant.
