MEMORANDUM OF DECISION
GARRITY, District Judge.
This action is brought under the Civil Rights Act of 1871, 42 U.S.C. § 1983, to enjoin the defendants from interfering with plaintiff’s access to the courts. The court has jurisdiction under 28 U. S.C. § 1343(3). The plaintiff, Michael A. Meóla, was at the time of the filing of the complaint an inmate of the Massachusetts Correctional Institution located at Walpole, Massachusetts (hereinafter referred to as Walpole).
