OPINION

RILEY, Judge.

STATEMENT OP THE CASE

Appellant-Defendant, Charles E. Green (Green), appeals his conviction for murder, a felony, Ind.Code § 35-42-1-1. 1

We affirm.

ISSUES

Green raises two issues on appeal, which we restate as:(1) Whether the State presented sufficient evidence to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that he had committed a murder or was an accomplice to a murder; and(2) Whether the trial court properly instructed the jury with respect to accomplice liability.
