Defendant, convicted of aggravated assault (OCGA § 16-5-21 (a) (2) and (c)), Count 2, and possession of a firearm during commission of a felony (OCGA § 16-11-106 (b) (1)), Count 3, appeals.

Viewing the evidence with every inference and presumption in favor of the verdict, Thomas v. State, 173 Ga. App. 810, 812 (2) (328 SE2d 422) (1985), it shows that on January 4, 1986, defendant’s sister-in-law called the police to report a domestic dispute between defendant and her sister, his common-law wife, and that defendant had a gun.
