This is an appeal by husband from a dissolution of íarriage decree in which wife was awarded real prop-rty which she had inherited during the marriage and sventeen years prior to the dissolution. We modify tie decree to award husband a portion of the property.

Husband and wife, now aged 49 and 46 respective-r, were married for 28 years. They had three children, 11 of whom are emancipated. Two years after the arties were married husband began sharecropping a arcel of land of approximately 1,000 acres owned by dfe’s father and uncle.
