Plaintiff Astra Oil Trading N.Y. (“AOT”) has brought two actions before this Court against defendant PRSI Trading Company L.P. (“PRSI Trading”) seeking indemnification in the amount of approximately $156 million, which AOT alleges was paid under its obligation as a guarantor of PRSI Trading’s credit facility.
