¶1 Marilyn Greenen appeals the Washington State Board of Accountancy’s (Board) final order disciplining her for misrepresentations on health insurance forms while employed at a state agency as an account manager and licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Greenen argues that the Board lacked jurisdiction to discipline her under former RCW 18.04.295(2) (1992) and former WAC 4-25-910(2)(a)(ii)-(iii) (1994).
