Mrs. Daisy Kemp brought an equitable petition against J. W. Henderson, who was the son of J. J. Henderson, the latter being the grantor in a certain deed through which the plaintiff claims to have derived title to the property in 'dispute. The other defendants besides J. W. Henderson were coheirs with him, being the children and grandchildren of J. J. Henderson. The petition contained a prayer for injunction to restrain the defendants from interfering with her possession of the property.
