The plaintiff has moved to dismiss the appeal of the named defendant, hereinafter referred to as the defendant, on the ground that it has failed to comply with Circuit Court Rule 7.8.1, requiring the payment of the appeal fees and the giving of security for costs at the time of filing the appeal. The defendant The State National Bank of Connecticut, as trustee for Ridgeway Center Associates, has moved to dismiss the appeal on the ground that the defendant has failed to file the appeal within two weeks of the issuance of notice of the rendition of the judgment, as prescribed by Circuit Court…
