The above-captioned adversary proceeding concerns claims and counterclaims of Plaintiff/Debtor and Defendant Hardinge Bros., Inc. (Hardinge) arising out of Har-dinge’s sale of a certain machine to Debtor in June 1986. Debtor demanded a jury trial. The Court requested the parties to brief the issue of Debtor’s entitlement to such a trial at a scheduling conference held on April 20, 1988.
