The important question in this case is, whether the court below, under the circumstances stated on the record, was justified in rendering judgment for the plaintiff. The oral disclosure of defense was ordered and made solely under the provisions of § 6, Rule IV. of the General Rules of Practice (58 Conn. 577), which reads as follows: “Sec. 6.
