The principal question in this appeal is whether the trial court ruled correctly in sustaining demurrers to plaintiff’s evidence.

Plaintiff’s petition alleged it was a corporation under the banking law of the United States of America, that the Crystal Ice and Fuel Company was a corporation under the laws of Kansas, that on October 10, 1932, the company delivered to the bank its promissory note for $14,000; that payments were made thereon and that there was due $9,930 and interest, fdr which it prayed judgment.
