This was an action in the nature of a creditor’s bill. Defendants prevailed, and plaintiff appeals.

Plaintiff, in a mortgage-foreclosure action against the defendants, E. W. Swartz and Mayme Anne Swartz, his wife, had obtained a deficiency judgment against the defendant mortgagors, and this action was an attempt to satisfy that deficiency judgment out of other property alleged to have been fraudulently conveyed to their daugh*268ter, Cloris M.
