Robert J. Beafore, as administrator of the estate of Robert F. Beafore and as an individual, appeals from a final order of the Circuit Court of Marion County entered in favor of appellee Universal Underwriters Insurance Company (“Universal”). In the ruling at issue, the circuit court determined that the insurance policy issued by Universal to Harry Green Chevrolet, Inc.
