Jerry Woodhead appeals the trial court’s order dismissing his breach of contract action with prejudice for failure to comply with court rules and orders regarding service of process. We affirm.

Woodhead leased from Discount Waterbeds, Inc., an improved parcel of property that was the subject of a written lease. The lease contained a provision giving Wood-head a 30-day right of first refusal with respect to any purchase offer received by Discount. Defendants John E.
