The plaintiff, in his amended complaint, alleged that defendant is a corporation, engaged, among other things, in the operation of a bath house in the city of Tacoma, and that, during the month of June, 1927, plaintiff, desiring a “Russian bath,” went to the establishment operated by defendant and requested the service which he wished, the same being in the nature of a hot steam bath; that an employee of, defendant took plaintiff in charge and directed his movements;, that plaintiff was placed by defendant’s agent in a bath room equipped with hot pipes and radiators, and that the bath room…
