MEMORANDUM OPINION
WALTON, District Judge.
This matter, brought under the Freedom of Information Act (“FOIA”), 5 U.S.C. § 552 (2000), is before the Court on the renewed summary judgment motion of the Bureau of Prisons (“BOP”). See Order of March 24, 2003 1 (granting in part and denying in part the BOP’s summary judgment motion). Plaintiff opposes the motion and cross moves for summary judgment.
