This bill is filed by the vendees under a contract of sale of lands against the vendors and seeks to impress a lien on the lands in question for the down money and search fees on the ground that the contract provides for a conveyance clear of all encumbrances and that an examination of the title showed the premises subject to certain building restrictions which have not been removed.
