AMENDED MEMORANDUM OF DECISION
EUGENE R. WEDOFF, Bankruptcy Judge.
This Chapter 13 case is before the court on competing requests by the trustee and the debtor. The trustee seeks to convert the case to one under Chapter 7, asserting that the debtor has acted in bad faith by failing to disclose information about one of her assets.
