Plaintiffs, in their petition, allege injury by reason of the caving in of their land, alleging that this was caused by the defendant’s removing coal under plaintiffs’ real estate and from other adjoining property to the southwest and north and not leaving or providing sufficient support for the mine roof; that the cave-in caused the surface of the ground to subside and twist, and that as a result, plaintiffs’ home and property were permanently damaged.
