The Supreme Sitting of the Iron Hall is a mutual benefit and assessment society, organized *151under the voluntary association laws of the State of Indiana, and having its principal office in the city of Indianapolis, but doing business without, as well as within the limits of the State. The association having become insolvent, the appellee was appointed receiver and took charge of its assets. Supreme Sitting of the Iron Hall v. Baker, 134 Ind. 293.
