for the Court:

¶ 1. This is an interlocutory appeal from the Hinds County Circuit Court involving a premises-liability ease. Cynthia Adams, one of the defendants in the case, filed a motion for summary judgment, which the trial court denied. Adams thereafter petitioned this Court for interlocutory appeal. A panel of this Court issued an order granting the petition and staying the trial court proceedings. See Adams v. Hughes, No.2015-M-00167-SCT (Miss. March 5, 2015).
