The plaintiffs below, Jimmy Larry Beddingfield ("Larry"), his wife, Rebecca M. Beddingfield ("Rebecca"), and their adult son, James Cody Beddingfield ("Cody") (hereinafter referred to collectively as "the Beddingfields"), appeal from a summary judgment in favor of the defendants below, Mullins Insurance Company, Mullins & Company Insurance, Rand Mullins, and David Mullins (hereinafter referred to collectively as "Mullins"), on the Beddingfields' claims stemming from Mullins's alleged failure to properly procure insurance coverage.
